Welcome to my website!

In the fall of 2002, I formed Primitive Properties, LLC. My goal was to buy and develop small, affordable tracts of land. Of course, prices have risen since then. In 2004, I found the internet as a great way to market these tracts of property.
After I sold several tracts, via internet and through auction, word spread through my rural county that I was selling our woods and streams and folks began contacting me to sell their lands.
I am an attorney licensed since 1991. Yes, I know, most folks view attorneys quite differently. Some days I will litigate cases at the courthouse, change clothes in the courthouse bathroom, and then head to the woods to show properties. I also have coached Oneida High School basketball for nearly 13 years while an attorney, most recently the 2006-2007 season. Before law school and my return back to my hometown, I was a Special Agent Criminal Investigator for the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation based in Nashville. As you can see, I have a large family and it takes a lot of time and effort to maintain them. I am not a politician nor do I play games with your time. I work hard, return phone calls and emails, and will do my best to help you find what you are seeking. No secrets, no tricks. Sometime, I will refer you to a realtor I trust if I know of a property they might have and it is what you are looking for.
Most of my properties are priced to sell at that price, but occasionally my clients will accept less. Most of the time you will deal with me, but occasionally I have help from family. If I have something that interests you, feel free to call me anytime. Thanks and I look forward to meeting you in beautiful Scott County, Tennessee.
